Hankerton Bridge, C01-157 – Strengthening Works

It is with delight I would like to advise the road over Hankerton Bridge will be opened on Thursday 2nd April at 12:00 midday by Hankerton Parish Council and local residents. We would like to openly invite and welcome all with an interest in the bridge work to attend. Cutting of the ribbon and refreshments will be provided by the Parish Council and a local Classic Car will be the first to cross over the strengthened bridge.
Our Contractors will then set aside closure and diversion route signing and will be on site next week to complete finishing off works, whilst the road is fully open.
On behalf of Wiltshire Council I would like to apologise for the disruption and inconvenience endured during the bridge strengthening works and would like to thank you for your patience.
