Silver Services for Older People
If you or someone you care for is aged over 60, we would love to see you for tea and cake and a chat about your views, experiences and expectations of activities and services for older people in the Malmesbury Community Area.
We are particularly keen to review how much loneliness and social isolation affects older people and what thoughts people might have about how we can address this. We need to find out what needs to be done to help support older people to stay in their own homes.
Following the meeting a report will be produced, highlighting the services that people value as well as identifying any service gaps or good ideas that we can develop. We will then work with older people to commission/develop those services.
Please come along on Thursday 25th June at 2pm to the Wesleyan Room, Malmesbury Town Hall and be part of this important conversation.
