On Thursday 27th September at 7:30pm in the North Aisle, Brian Dalton will recount the story from the mid 1970’s when Hankerton was embroiled in the world’s largest LSD manufacturing and distribution organisation. It culminated in 1977 with enough LSD to make 6.5 million ‘tabs’ with a then street value of £100m (equivalent to £570 million today) being seized and 120 people arrested in the UK and France.
