New diabetes wellbeing website for people in Wiltshire
Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group in conjunction with local GPs has developed a new website – http://www.diabeteswellbeing.org – specifically aimed at providing support and advice for people currently living with Type 2 diabetes.
