The unveiling of the plaque commemorating those from Hankerton who served and died  in the Great War 1914-1918, took place on Saturday, November 16th, in Holy Cross Churchyard.

The tree was donated by the Lewis family, the Parish Council provided the plaque and Brian Betts kindly made the stand.
