Just a quick reminder that if you experience PC or Mac issues during the lockdown, I have extended my remote access system license and am happy to assist people.
Whilst not all issues can be resolved remotely (you do need internet access) the majority can or at least can be diagnosed and suggestions for a resolution made.
If the issue relates to broadband issues then I can try to help by talking you through some basic fault finding and suggestions for a way forward.
Given the importance of remote systems such as Zoom, Teams, document sharing and internet access during these periods, if you do need help then call. It is free for all villagers who may need it.
