Mayor of Malmesbury Campbell Ritchie is taking on eminent historian Tony McAleavy and each will make their case over four crisp rounds. Followed by the vote. You decide! 80 minutes (and a short break) of toe to toe action, masterfully compered by Susan Mockler.
