On Sunday, 19th September, twenty-four villagers of all ages were in Hankerton Church for the Harvest Festival. The church had been magnificently decorated on a harvest theme. Following a short service some chat, tea and excellent cake were shared.

Gift donations went to the Harbour Project (a Swindon-based charity supporting refugees and asylum-seekers) and the collection will be sent to Doorway (a Chippenham-based charity supporting homeless people).
