Launching the first ever English translation of the earliest biography of St Aldhelm.
Professor Michael Winterbottom (University of Oxford) & Professor Rod Thompson (University of Tasmania) with Tony McAleavy.
Join us to explore and discuss – the biography was written in 1095 by Faricius – a Monk of Malmesbury Abbey – and has now been translated by Professor Winterbottom. Both Professors are leading authorities on the subject and the new translation will be launched at this event and available to purchase.
