Dear Sir/Madam

Regrettably, due to recent inclement weather delays in other counties, the micro asphalt works in Malmesbury have been postponed and will not be undertaken on Saturday 2^nd October as originally planned.

I will be back in touch once the new dates are confirmed, however they are likely to be around mid – end of October.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
